Machwürth Team International GmbH celebrated its 30th anniversary on September 6 and 7 under the motto "Shaping the future with experience".
Together with business partners, consultants and employees, MTI used the occasion to take a look back at the company's long and successful history and to address the challenges of the future. One key question was: What will HR and organizational development 4.0 look like in the wake of the digital transformation of the economy and society? The festive program included five presentations by well-known MTI customers on this topic, as well as four workshops moderated by MTI Managing Directors Sabine and Hans-Peter Machwürth and Tanja and Frank Ninnemann.
The customer presentations provided interesting insights into successful and future-oriented projects and measures in the areas of New Work, health management, global project roll-outs and international trends in digitalization in HR development. The workshops moderated by the managing directors dealt with MTI's planned orientation in the concepts of HR and organizational development 4.0. Using the Digital Toolbox, the further expansion of agility and New Work at MTI, the development of the digital product portfolio and new tools, the potential of international business areas and the strategy for winning over non-profit organizations were considered and ideas for further action were jointly developed.
In his interactive workshop on agile hierarchy design, Michael Bandt, artistic director of the Hamburg-based corporate theater company Scharlatan, used role-playing to show participants which posture, language and behavioral patterns determine the respective status in their dealings with each other and used various exercises, e.g. changing roles of king vs. servant, to illustrate how status changes can succeed in mutual contact and what they can be used for, e.g. in consultations.
As professional theater makers, Scharlatan accompany companies and organizations in strategy and change projects, design communication, train and coach people and teams as part of personnel development. They add a special touch to private functions and events. At corporate events, conferences and congresses, they provide a talking point and a high memorable value.
The results of the study "Digital transformation as a challenge for HR development 4.0" conducted by MTI were also presented. The study shows that companies, and with them their requirements for personnel and organizational development, are undergoing radical change. For example, many companies are paying less and less attention to traditional training catalogs. They are being replaced by innovative development programs tailored to individual employees or groups of employees that systematically use the opportunities offered by modern information and communication technology for individual and collective learning. As a specialist for tailor-made measures, we will therefore continue to increasingly digitalize our portfolio of services and products and continue to make a name for ourselves as a pioneer in fulfilling our customers' strategies.
