Sustainability and responsible action are essential for us at MTI. We are guided by the ESG criteria (Environmental, Social, Governance) to ensure environmental, social and corporate responsibility in our own company.

This includes environmentally friendly working methods, respectful and fair cooperation and transparent, ethical business processes. Our commitment is underlined by the Ecovadis 2024 Gold certification, which assesses our sustainability performance. We are also committed to the principles of the CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) and SBTi (Science Based Targets initiative) in order to make our climate strategy measurable and effective.

Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) - Climate targets with a scientific basis

The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) is a globally recognized initiative that supports companies in setting science-based climate targets. Its aim is to put companies on the path to reducing their greenhouse gas emissions in line with the 1.5°C target of the Paris Agreement.

We support our clients in the development, implementation and validation of their SBTi-compliant climate strategies. We help to define realistic and effective targets, develop customized reduction measures and successfully meet SBTi requirements.
