The modules at a glance

Introduction

Each module in the MTI 360° Leadership Program consists of eight web sessions of 90 minutes each. In these sessions, experienced MTI trainers not only provide participants with theoretical input, but also work on practically relevant topics in individual and group work. Between the web sessions, participants also work independently on various learning nuggets on the topics.

The knowledge check

Each module concludes with an online knowledge check to reflect on learning progress.

The license

After completing the fourth module, participants receive the 360° Leadership License.
