MTI Study 2020 - The importance and organization of coaching in the context of personnel development

In recent years, the demand for coaching has risen sharply alongside the range of coaching services on offer - partly due to the shortage of specialists and managers, globalization, rapid changes in the corporate environment and the resulting new demands on employees. Coaching has established itself in many companies "as an important and fundamental instrument of personnel development". At the same time, the coaching offer and the use of coaching have become more differentiated.

For this reason, this year's study sheds light on the current importance and organization of coaching in the context of personnel development

The online survey will run until August 5, 2020 and comprises 20 questions, most of which have several possible answers. The time required is approx. 15 minutes.
