Based on these analyses, we use agile methods to develop different scenarios with the individual participants as to how the market or the company could develop after the crisis. These are then evaluated in terms of their likelihood of occurrence before action plans are derived from this to determine what needs to be done to emerge from the crisis stronger, if possible.
However, the actions and action plans developed in the process should not be seen as "set in stone". In the current situation, it makes no sense to develop a rigid, fixed plan of action and rigidly implement it. This is not even possible, as the further course of the crisis and its consequences can only be predicted to a very limited extent. At the moment, it is important to remain flexible and open to change, because we have arrived in the VUCA world.
That's why we recommend that our clients hold follow-up workshops or coaching sessions every two weeks after the initial workshop, for example, in which we review the results: Were the assumptions on which our scenarios and action plans were based correct? Have circumstances changed? Do we need to modify our activities and measures?
