The Machwürth team receives the "Top Consultant" seal of approval for the 5th time
Our customers once again gave us top marks and ranked MTI among the top consulting companies in Germany.
We have once again been awarded the Top Consultant! Every year since 2010, compamedia GmbH has awarded this seal of quality to "outstanding management consultants for SMEs". The award is intended to make it easier for medium-sized companies to find a management consultancy that meets their specific requirements. The mentor of this benchmark is former German President Christian Wulff. We received the award from him at the German SME Summit on June 24 in Frankfurt.
One component of the evaluation was a comprehensive scientific analysis of the management consultancies and their services by the Gesellschaft für Management und Beratung (WGMB),Bonn, which is headed by Dr. Dietmar Fink, Professor of Management Consulting at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, and Bianka Knoblach. In addition, each participant had to name at least ten reference customers to be interviewed. Among other things, it was determined:
- How customer-oriented do SMEs rate management consulting?
- How satisfied are they with the performance? And:
- Are the companies advised and supported by the management consultancy in a way that is "SME-friendly"?
We are proud that our clients from the SME sector have once again given us top marks and that we have therefore been awarded the Top Consultant seal of approval for the fifth time. Especially because our management consultancy, with over 400 employees worldwide, also works for multinational corporations. The fact that the SME clients surveyed still feel well advised can be attributed to four factors.
- We ourselves are a medium-sized company and not a "consulting group".
- Thanks to our wide range of references, we know that medium-sized companies usually have a different culture and structure to large corporations. Their strengths are also different. That's why they need different solutions.
- When it comes to strategy implementation, we see ourselves primarily as a supporter of our clients, which is also reflected in our guiding principle "We bring your strategy to life!". This means that we also support organizations in implementing their strategies and solution concepts in day-to-day operations and provide employees with the necessary skills and know-how to take action.
- Thanks to our large network of consultants, we can also implement large change and training projects in a short space of time and adapt the concepts to regional, national or cultural circumstances, for example. The solutions developed and implemented with MTI support are correspondingly viable, sustainable and efficient.
What's more, as an internationally active training and consulting company, we have already built up a great deal of expertise in the development and implementation of digital and hybrid concepts over the past decades - and our customers are also benefiting from this during the coronavirus pandemic.
This is why MTI was also awarded the European Training Award 2022 in silver by the Professional Association for Training, Consulting and Coaching (BDVT) in the Hybrid/Blended Training category in May. Together with our client Sartorius, we rolled out an international, value-based sales training program.
