Automatic Scoring
At the end of the demo, the AI model analyzes the conversation and generates a score along with brief feedback. This evaluation is intended solely to provide immediate feedback during the demonstration. The demo version does not involve automated decision-making in individual cases with legal effects (Art. 22 GDPR). (Note: If results are used by customers in the future for personnel evaluations, the responsibility under data protection law lies with the respective customer.)
