The Award-Winning Sales Development “Value Added Pricing”

For the fourth time, we are proud to announce that we have been awarded with the European Award for Training, Consulting and Coaching in silver

The award presentation was part of the “HRM Expo – Zukunft Personal” trade fair on September 21, 2017 in Cologne. As finalists prior to winning the award, Sabine Machwürth and Hans-Peter Machwürth, Head of MTI, together with Wolfgang Thome, Sales Manager of Wienerberger, gave a 3 minute pitch to lay out the objectives and the main idea of our concept “Value Added Pricing” for the jury and audience. Furthermore the jurors were impressed by our competence shown during the expert discussions.

The European Award for Training, Consulting and Coaching

The European Award for Training, Consulting and Coaching has been awarded by the BDVT e.V. – the professional association for trainers, consultants and coaches – for more than 20 years. The prize is awarded for outstanding concepts in the area of professional advanced training and qualification measures.

This year we successfully supported our client Wienerberger in profitability and prize optimization as objective for their sales development by conducting the project “Value Added Pricing”

The key for success of this project lies in the interconnected sales development including an intensive involvement of the sales managers.
