In August and September 2019, we surveyed our customers about their requirements for personnel development in the future. Experts from 145 companies took part in our study “Digital Transformation as a Challenge for Personnel Development”. Our concern: A survey of experts on current developments in Germany.
The Machwürth Team International integrated webinars and digital learning platforms into its training concepts at an early stage. The MTI’s expertise in this area is correspondingly large today and it is important to expand it further. Our performance promise has remained unchanged for 30 years – we help companies to implement their strategy. In order to be able to meet this demand at all times with the most modern learning concepts and to fulfill customer needs with high performance excellence in an individualized manner, we implemented this study in the summer of 2019 and surveyed our customers about their specific requirements.
The aim of the survey was therefore to be able to describe in more detail the process in which personnel development is taking place in order to accompany the digital transformation in the company with qualification offers and development interventions.
