MTI’s Impulses, Perspectives and Outlook for Personnel and Organisational Development 4.0

Machwürth Team International celebrates its 30th anniversary with customers, consultants and the entire team. Our vision – to distinguish ourselves even more strongly as a pioneer in the field of personnel and organisational development 4.0.

With the motto “Shaping the future with experience”, Machwürth Team International GmbH celebrated its 30th anniversary on 6 and 7 September.

Together with business partners, consultants and employees, MTI used the occasion to take a look back at the long, successful company history and to deal with the challenges of the future. A central question was: What will personnel and organisational development 4.0 look like in the wake of the digital transformation of the economy and society? Five presentations by reputable MTI customers were part of the festive programme on this topic, as were four workshops moderated by MTI managing directors Sabine and Hans-Peter Machwürth as well as Tanja and Frank Ninnemann.

The customer presentations provided interesting insights into successful and future-oriented projects and measures in the areas of new work, health management, global project roll-outs as well as international trends towards digitalisation in personnel development. The workshops moderated by the managing directors dealt with the orientation planned by MTI in the concepts of personnel and organisational development 4.0. The application of the Digital Toolbox, for example, considered the further expansion of agility and new work at MTI, the development of the digital product portfolio and new tools, the potential of international business fields and the strategy for winning non-profit organisations, and developed ideas for further action together.

Michael Bandt, artistic director of the Hamburg enterprise theatre Scharlatan, has shown the participants with his interactive workshop on agile herarchy design in role plays, which posture, language and behavioural patterns make up the respective status in togetherness and with various exercises, e.g. role change king vs. servant, illustrates how status change can succeed in mutual contact and what it can be used for example in counselling talks.

As professional theatre makers, Scharlatan accompany companies and organisations in strategy and change projects, design communication, train and coach people and teams within the framework of personnel development. They give private events a special touch. At corporate events, conferences and congresses, they provide a topic of conversation and a high memorable value.

The results of the study “Digital Transformation as a Challenge for Personnel Development 4.0” conducted by MTI were also presented. The study shows that companies and their requirements for personnel and organizational development are undergoing radical change. For example, traditional training catalogues are increasingly being ignored in many companies. They are being replaced by innovative development programs tailored to individual employees or employee groups that systematically exploit the opportunities offered by modern information and communication technology for individual and collective learning. As a specialist for tailor-made measures, we will therefore continue to digitalise our product and service portfolio to a greater extent and continue to distinguish ourselves as a pioneer in fulfilling our customers’ strategy.
