Sustainable learning success is ensured through small units. The time required per week is approximately 2 hours. The longer discussions of the topic (weeks) support the 70/20/10 rule.

Overview of the Modules
Each module in the MTI 360° Leadership Program consists of 8 Web-Sessions of 90 minutes. In the program, MTI-trainers will not only give theoretical input but also work on practical topics individually and in teams. In between the web sessions, various learning nuggets on the topics are worked on independently.
The Knowledge Check
Each module is concluded with an online knowledge check to reflect on the learning progress.
After the fourth module or fourth knowledge check, the participants receive the 360 ° leadership license.
