Dear Reader,
For the second year in a row, we are proud to announce that we have been awarded with the European Award for Training, Consulting and Coaching in bronze in the category “Major Companies and Corporations”.
The European Award for Training, Consulting and Coaching has been awarded by the BDVT e.V. – the professional association for trainers, consultants and coaches – for over 20 years. The prize is awarded for outstanding concepts in the area of professional advanced training and qualification measures.
Together with our client Mäurer & Wirtz, we developed the project “Discovering and designing culture” in order to support their implementation of Strategy 2020. This strategy focusses on international brand development and the human being as a resource.
The challenge was to accompany a company with 170 years of tradition into the future without abandoning its past values.
The award selection jury appreciated this project, “because [they] succeeded in engaging managers and employees to participate and cooperate in an extraordinarily intensive manner during the cultural change towards a learning organization”.

- Future workshops: Shaping organizational culture
- Areas of action: Working autonomously
- Culture conference: <<GO LIVE>> and celebration of culture
The award was given as part of the “HRM Expo – Zukunft Personal” trade fair on October 19, 2016 in Cologne. As finalists prior to winning the award, we gave a 3 minute pitch together with Mäurer & Wirtz to lay out the basic points of our concept for the jury and audience. We further impressed the jurors with our competence during the expert discussions.
We are happy that we were once again able to demonstrate excellence through a show of our know-how and development of yet another high quality MTI project. We are eager to continue designing our projects with great care and added value.
