“Start paying more attention to “normal” employees”

Managers tend TO concentrate their leadership efforts on their own segment’s high and low performers while taking little notice of all those employees, who simply go about getting their jobs done. They, though, are the ones who keep things going and contribute the most to the company’s value creation.
