Decision Making

Making strategic decisions in the top team

“Chairman left the company due to strategic differences.” We often read these kinds things in the press after a company has made new strategic policy decisions – for obvious reasons.

After all, if a company sets a new course, it usually has several decision options. In addition, due to prior experience and duties, top decision-makers often have differences of opinion about what is necessary for achieving future success. Coming to a consensus for strategic decisions is equally difficult.

We help companies, for example, by conducting strategy workshops with the top decision makers and facilitating the decision-making process.
